Welcome to Genghis. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and digital commerce platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or have obtained parental or guardian consent if you are a minor under the applicable laws of your jurisdiction.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
- You are not located in, a resident of, or acting on behalf of individuals or entities in sanctioned countries listed in Section 3.
3. Orders and Payment
Genghis sells exclusively digital products, including gift cards, game keys, eSIM data plans, prepaid Visa and Mastercard, and mobile top-ups. No physical products are offered.
All orders placed through our platform are subject to availability and verification. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Prices are listed in USD and represent the full amount payable. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider, NOWPayments. We do not store or process payment information or cryptocurrency wallet addresses.
Sanctioned Countries
No products may be sold, resold, or otherwise transferred to any individuals or entities located in the following countries subject to international sanctions:
Belarus, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Haiti, Iran, Libya, Myanmar (Burma), Nicaragua, North Korea (DPRK), Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen, Mali.
4. Delivery of Digital Products
Digital products (gift card codes, game keys, eSIM plans, prepaid card credentials, and top-up credits) are delivered electronically to the email address or account provided during purchase.
Delivery is typically instant and is processed automatically upon payment confirmation on the blockchain. Delivery times may vary in exceptional circumstances due to network congestion or technical factors outside our control.
5. Refunds
We are committed to customer satisfaction. If a digital product delivered to you does not work through no fault of your own, you are entitled to a full refund.
Eligible for refund
- The product code or key does not work at the point of first redemption and the failure is not caused by user action or account restrictions.
- The code was delivered incorrectly, incompletely, or not delivered due to a technical error on Genghis's platform.
- The issue is reported within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Not eligible for refund
- Codes that have already been successfully redeemed on the issuing platform.
- Codes that expire after delivery due to the customer not redeeming them promptly.
- Failures caused by user error, including incorrect code entry, account restrictions, region incompatibility, or account bans on the issuing platform.
- Claims submitted more than 30 days after the original purchase date.
Refund method
Approved refunds are issued at 100% of the original purchase value in USD equivalent. Customers may choose between: cryptocurrency refund (USDT or USDC on Ethereum ERC-20 or BNB Smart Chain BEP-20), or Genghis Points credited to their account at the equivalent USD value. Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days of approval.

6. User Accounts
To place an order, users may need to create an account on the Genghis platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of fraud, abuse, violation of these Terms, or activity inconsistent with applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Genghis — including logos, text, images, interface design, and software — is owned by or licensed to Genghis Ltd and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any part of our content without prior written consent from Genghis Ltd.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Genghis Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that specific order.
We are not responsible for the actions, content, or services of third-party platforms to which our digital products provide access.
9. Force Majeure
Genghis Ltd is not liable for delays or failure in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, blockchain network failures, cyberattacks, or third-party service outages.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or by email. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
We will always endeavour to resolve disputes amicably before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
